There is no charge for the meet, but we do ask everyone to bring a model for show and tell. The model does not need to be complete! You may want to bring a work in progress or even a problem model to get some advice from the group. Because we are holding this in our homes, with limited space, we are requesting everyone that comes to RSVP as early as possible so we can plan accordingly. Many people have already signed up, so many in fact, that we may have to close registration shortly since we can only accomodate so many people in our houses.
For further information or to register, please contact Ken Ehlers at ehlerskd@hotmail.com
Here are several hotels that are fairly close to our houses. There are many other hotels in the Tulsa area as well.
These are "off-the-street/no-reservation" prices; on-line pricing ahead of time might be better.
