Steve's wife gave him the latest run green boiler K-28 for Christmas.

Steve recently reworked an Overland K-36 into a green boiler #488.

After all of Steve's work, the Overland runs at least as well as a PBL.  Note the polished brass bell.

This angle shows the "chunky" look of this model very well.  Also note the realistic look of the headlight.

Note the brass door handle on the doghouse as well as the cab curtains.

Here #488 sits across a grade crossing in Chama, in front of the enginehouse.

In addition to Steve's excellent cab curtains, the interior cab lights are even in the correct prototypical location.

The locomotive maintenance is terrible at Steve's; every time I visit #268 looks dirtier and more dilapidated.

#476 has a new paint job, but she is still hiding in the Chama yard.
